Very Nice property with big rooms and good service. Smiling staff always ready to help you. Room service is available till late hours. Overall, good experience.

We had booked rooms 4 months in advance to celebrate 14-15 August. As we reached the venue with 15 family members including kids and a senior citizen shockingly Our rooms were given to someone else but to compensate they offered us cottages which had lovely gardens front view. Unfortunately it was an attractive trap. The front of four cottages had mud dumped upto 10 feet, on the left was cow stable and labourers huts. Toilets were stinking as if labourers have access to them. Then arrived the worse nightmare at night out of beds , yes you are guessing right cockroaches. Well some how family compromised as it was 8 pm cold night starving but we expected they would adjust the costing but No these peoples were ready to make us go on road and suffer when availability of rooms were zero due to independence weekend. Cost they are offering is unreasonable but originally the condition of beds, rooms and environment overall was pathetic. One thing we got nice was a cup of tea thankfully which was a life saver for all. Well I would recommend to check the availability before arriving and don’t make advances unless you get the appropriate rooms. Royal Garden was the horrible experience sub chain of Royal Palace.

Worst hotel everseen at Mt. Abu. Rooms were stinking like a loo. Cheap and very dirty bedsheets and curtains. Everywhere there were trash. This hotel is a cheap place for family. Request Do not waste money at all. We booked ND cancelled after watching the public stayed.. all road side ..... plz don't waste money booking online.. as pictures are fake

Do check hotels at least a km or 1.5 km ahead if fond of walking. Its 2 km from nakki Lake and in rush period that area has parking problem. So if you want to just walk to nakki Lake surrounding which is about 5-8km beautiful walk which you must do twice in your stay, it will be an issue.

Good rooms, location a little before the main market but i think that is nice as during peak season the main market area gets over crowded. .

When you enter Mount Abu , it's 500 mtr from Toll tax. Nice property, good food and services staff.

It was really disappointing by them. We booked 4 rooms 3 months ago and when I checked in they said that they can provide only 3 rooms. This is very unprofessional by them. This is unacceptable by them. Really bad experience
